3D Optical Scanning

    Optical scanning system logic, a technique called the grid method of projection;



    The logic of optical scanning systems is based on the projection of designs in black and white bands in an order onto a surface to be measured by means of a technique named grid projection method. Such designs consist of black and white lines split into two equal parts as far as possible by means of a projector.



    In 3D Digitization process, the images of the part measured obtained from various angles by means of high-resolution CDD cameras are transformed into STL and ASCII extension three dimensioned standard data formats with extensive use by means of special software using developed photogrammetry techniques.

   product development, product improvement, die copying, documentation, comparison with competitor product, conservation and protection of historical and archeological works, scaling and quality control applications.
